Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, processing times may be longer during peak seasons or when there is a high volume of orders.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping via various carriers, including DTDC and India Post. Expedited shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship plants to certain faraway states due to the high likelihood of damage or perishing during transit. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in good condition, damage may occur during shipping. We take utmost care in packing and ensure that plants are not prone to damage in transit. We ensure that fragile parts of a plant, such as buds or flowers, are well-protected. Some varieties of plants may not be shipped with flowers or buds as their spikes might be very long and highly susceptible to breaking or damage. If the products are damaged after booking of shipment with the courier agency or during transit or upon delivery, we presently have no option to take return the product delivered or to issue any refund.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or when there are delays with the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through our website. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Days

Orders are usually shipped on Mondays to Fridays and not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. On Sundays, the carriers usually do not transport and plants might get held up, and to avoid this, we do not ship on Saturdays.

Shipping Costs

Please note that the shipping cost may seem high for some orders, as most of our products, including plants, pots, etc., can be very large in size albeit lightweight. Shipping partners or carriers charge for the weight or volume of the shipment, whichever is higher. Even though our products are usually lightweight, they can incur high shipping charges because of their large size. This is why we are charging the shipping costs that we are charging.
